Self-Support Groups

Following completion of the Support 4 Memory course, participants have the opportunity to continue to maintain friendships and support at monthly informal meetings, with backup assistance from Tibbs Dementia.

NB  Although we would recommend first completing our Support 4 Memory course, this is not a pre-requisite to attending one of our self-support groups

Self-Support Group 1 - Pavenham

A friendly, informal support group for people living with dementia (or significant cognitive impairment) and/or their family carer, friend or supporter - with the assistance of one of our experienced support workers. We meet monthly to talk, laugh, play games, share experiences and enjoy each other’s company in a supportive small group setting. If you live in Pavenham or the surrounding villages and have dementia or memory concerns (or care for someone who does) and would enjoy an afternoon with relaxed, welcoming and understanding friends then come along!

Self-Support Group 2 - Bedford
