Clear Voices

Weekly groups for people with dementia (or significant cognitive impairment) to meet with others in a similar situation, without family carers, in a supported, welcoming, understanding, small group environment.

Clear Voices offers members the chance to be part of an active community, to develop a voice and think more positively about living well with dementia.

The sessions provide an important opportunity for people to find a means of expression – to talk through concerns and challenges. anxieties & achievements - and support each other to find a clear voice.

This service is available to anyone with dementia (or significant cognitive impairment), who is able to comfortably engage in a group setting without their carer for an hour and a half each week. Our highly-experienced team support and encourage members, to explore the impact of their diagnosis and learn more to deepen their understanding of the condition – and talk about their lives, share ideas and experiences – usually with much humour and laughter.
